Tito and Jenna spend some time together for Mother's Day.

Tito Ortiz and Jenna Jameson were spotted taking a nice stroll on Hunting Beach together this weekend with their young twin boys.  This is following weeks of fighting, aligations, restraining orders, jail, drug tests, press and more press… whew, sound’s exhausting. 

Well we’re happy the two are trying to work things out.  It’s reported Tito even splurged on some lingerie as a Mother’s Day gift for Jenna.  Apparently he “bought one of everything” from La Perla lingerie shop.

Well, it looks like Jenna Jameson can say “HA HA, TOLD YOU SO!” to Tito Ortiz as the data is in, and she’s clean.  Well, as clean as a porn star who’s been used and abused by thousands of men… and women, can be clean.  Anyhow, Jenna was tested by American Toxicology Inc. on Tuesday in Las Vegas.  They tested Jenna’s urine for the “ten big drugs” which included cocaine, weed, meth and oxycodone – which is the main ingredient in OxyContin.

Jenna’s big name attorney “Ronald Richards” had this to say – “The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances”.  He followed up by saying -  "Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by the results from this prestigious testing facility.”

Wow, kind of hard not to look like a total a**hole Tito.  First you beat her up, then you try and blame it on her for having a conjured up drug problem.  Maybe it’s time to regroup, get your crap together and stop being an a**hole.

VIA TMZ: Jenna Jameson claims Tito Ortiz got very violent -- throwing and injuring her -- and that he's falsely accusing her of OxyContin addiction because he's "very, very desperate."

TMZ just spoke with Jenna -- while she was driving to Las Vegas -- and her version of what led to Tito's domestic violence arrest is brutal.

Jenna claims that during an argument Monday morning she "said something very hurtful to his ego." She alleges that Tito then grabbed her and, "threw me into the bathtub and tore two ligaments in my shoulder."

Tito's attorney Chip Matthews strongly denies that, saying ... "He did not put his hands on her, he did not hit her, he did not do anything to her."

Matthews claims Tito found pills in Jenna's pants pocket -- and that when Tito confronted her she had an "emotional meltdown."

Jenna says Tito's addiction allegation is, "completely false" and "the last nail in the coffin" for their relationship.

Ok, what to you get when you put an “ex” porn-star-super-star with a man who’s main job is to bash people in the face with his elbows?  Is the suspense killing you?  Ok… you get… domestic violence!  Surprised?  Me either…

Tito Ortiz was arrested this morning for domestic violence according to TMZ.  Tito was taken into custody at his home in Huntington Beach, CA in which he and Jenna both live.  Apparently Jenna Jameson had “visible injuries” from the battery and there was such a loud commotion during the incident that someone called 911 at 9:53 AM.

Currently Tito remains in custody and is on his way to one of the Huntington Beach jails in Orange County, CA.  This is even more disturbing considering the fact that Tito and Jenna have twin boys together.  They are not, however, married.
